One Fine Day

October 11, 2011

Under appreciated slender hips and smooth skin wander around in the sunshine sans sunscreen, cigarette dangling in between my fingers of one hand with dark cherry juice stains on the other I squint looking up at the silhouette of you; a shape I am familiar with due to  million quick glances.

Imagined beneath my eyelashes, a full feeling in my throat all interactions seem surface, superficial and tense. One fine day I imagine it’s not all in my head.
